Performance Marketing Manager

Experience: 5+ years (relevant experience)

CTC Range: As per the market

Notice Period: Immediate or less than 15 days

Need with solid digital marketing agency experience - 5+ years experienced candidate.

* D2C and lead gen experience end to end you can consider

* Solid good agency experience

* Understand the business side of things also, not just the role he is in

* Can handle a team + self-motivated sort of person

* Stability should be there

You'd be a perfect fit, if you:

love marketing and advertising.

love ideating and experimenting frugally and growing brands.

have expertise in Google or Meta ads or both and want to grow further into the

same.

are highly data-focussed in your research and decision making.

love collaborating with multiple people to ideate creative ways of marketing a

brand.

understand CRO and the value of optimizing the website to improve ad

performance.

have excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including

creating and delivering effective presentations and marketing reports.

love setting big goals and taking them down strategically.

love taking responsibilities and managing multiple priorities.

have good expertise on GA4, Looker Studio, MS Excel.

Requirements

Your broad responsibilities would include:

managing client projects end to end including audience research, competitive

research, creative research, campaign creation, ongoing optimization and reporting

managing client communication directly to build strong relationships with them and

being able to explain the rationale for your decisions and getting their approvals on

plans

doing cross-platform ads analytics and decision making from it to keep growing

each brand

learning from other team members and sharing your knowledge with them to

create a high performance eco-system

delivering growth and ROI to clients as per each brand's goals

understanding what makes and conceptualizing high converting campaigns and

landing pages basis customer behavior analysis

guiding clients on other channels of marketing that can improve their growth

continuously learning and becoming a top 1% performance marketer (yes, legit this

is a serious responsibility as a part of your job and we will help you get there).

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Onsite) + Saturday Half Day (WFH)

Key Skills:

* Strong experience in Google and Meta Ads

* Preferably from an agency background

* Hands-on experience managing budgets of 5 L to 1 Cr

* Good communication skills

* Team handling experience is a must
