This will be a hybrid role where we expect employees to work from office three days a week. In This Role, You Will - Develop test strategies, build test frameworks and test plans (e.g., web-app level, services integration level, system level) to help the entire engineering team be more productive - Build testing frameworks for system and integration testing to make testing high quality and high velocity - Build testing framework for improving unit test quality and velocity for Python and Go. - Integrate automated tests CI/CD infrastructure to run tests periodically. - Develop stress testing framework using Postman, Selenium and other integration testing tools - Manage data analysis, triaging failures, and collaborate with the stakeholders to debug Ideally, You'd Have - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8+ years experience as a Test / QA Engineer. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. - Proficiency in test framework design. We will expect you to own testing strategy and implementation. - Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Pytest,, or TestNG. - Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python, Java). - Expert in test automation integration with CI/CD. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Experience working with global teams.
