Position: Senior QA Engineer

About the Role

We are building a modern, scalable web platform using Drupal (backend) and Next.js (frontend). We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to ensure quality across the platform through manual and automated testing, accessibility checks, and seamless integration validation.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the QA process for frontend (Next.js) and backend (Drupal APIs).
- Create and maintain test cases, plans, and documentation.
- Perform manual testing for UI and APIs (GraphQL/REST).
- Conduct cross-browser, device, and accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Validate API integrations and data flows between frontend and backend.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product owners to ensure quality delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide QA input during planning and design.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of QA/testing in modern web applications.
- Strong in testing React/Next.js UIs and APIs (GraphQL/REST).
- Experience with bug tracking (Jira, Asana) and test management tools.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and web security testing.
- Familiar with Git workflows and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with automation (Cypress, Playwright, Jest).
- Drupal/Headless CMS testing knowledge.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and performance testing tools.
- Familiarity with analytics validation and monitoring tools.
