We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director (Art) with 5–8 years of experience — someone passionate about health, wellness, and pharma who can translate complex ideas into powerful, human, and visually compelling stories. If you have a strong design sensibility, a keen understanding of healthcare communication, and the drive to create work that informs, inspires, and changes behavior — we want to meet you. What You’ll Do: 🔹 Lead concept, visualization, execution & direction of healthcare and wellness campaigns across formats 🔹 Partner closely with copy, strategy, and medical content teams to deliver meaningful brand stories 🔹 Maintain high creative standards and ensure scientific accuracy meets creative impact 🔹 Present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients 🔹 Mentor, guide, and inspire the creative team to push for brave, purposeful work What We’re Looking For: - 5–8 years of experience in art direction/creative leadership, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or pharma advertising - A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and design craft across print, digital, film, and integrated campaigns - Ability to simplify complex medical ideas into visually engaging narratives - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams - Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and curious about the science behind every brief - A degree in any discipline — great ideas don’t need prescriptions
