Location: Mumbai Experience: 1 year Position: Manual Tester Department: Information Technology (IT) Key Responsibilities Understand product requirements, workflows, and business rules for B2B modules. Perform end-to-end manual testing of features, modules, and user journeys. Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data. Perform regression testing before release deployment. Collaborate with the development/customer support team to reproduce or clarify bugs. Ensure test coverage for all core B2B functionalities such as orders, users, approvals, workflows, and permissions. Required Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in Manual Testing. Familiarity with B2B platform/business process testing (PR/PO flows, approvals, invoices, user roles & permissions). Strong understanding of test case creation, test planning, and bug reporting. Experience with tools like Jira, DevRev, or any bug tracking tool. Ability to test complex business workflows and multiple user roles. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and documentation. Nice to Have Experience testing ERP software Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman. Familiarity with Agile development methodology. Required Skills & Qualifications: B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field. Someone proactive and responsible for ensuring product quality. Someone who understands B2B workflows and thinks from the end-user perspective. Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
