On our ZET Partner (B2B) platform, we connect communities in Tier 3 and 4 cities to a wide network of financial brands and credit products. By leveraging a trusted network of agents, we bridge the gap between consumers and top banks, making financial services more accessible and tailored to the specific needs of these underserved markets. Requirements - 2–4 years total experience: - 1–2 years in SWE (backend, full-stack, or QA automation). - 1+ years applied AI/LLM experience (side projects, open source, or production use). - Hands-on experience with at least one QA automation framework (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc.). - Comfort with Python/Java/JavaScript and modern dev practices (Git, CI/CD, cloud). - Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex). - Ability to think end-to-end: from prototype to production. - Startup mindset: scrappy, hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, bias for shipping. - Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment - Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions.
