The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating visually stunning designs for both digital and print platforms, contributing to the organization’s visual identity and promotional efforts. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Creation: - Conceptualize and design engaging and visually appealing graphics for various purposes, including social media, websites, posters, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials. - Ensure that all designs adhere to the organization’s branding guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity. Collaboration & Communication - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and target audience. - Collaborate with team members to translate concepts into effective and impactful visual designs. Software Proficiency - Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality and innovative designs. - Stay updated on industry trends and design tools, implementing new techniques to enhance the quality of designs. Project Management - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, implement revisions, and finalize designs for production. Print Production Coordination - Work closely with printers and other production vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality output for print materials. - Ensure that print designs meet industry standards and specifications. Quality Assurance & Brand Compliance - Conduct quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. - Uphold brand consistency across various touchpoints and materials. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects. - Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment. - Time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
