Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and enthusiastic Female Marketing Executive who is passionate about branding, promotions, and event-based marketing activities. This role requires someone who is creative, outgoing, and skilled in client interaction, with the ability to generate leads, build strong relationships, and drive brand visibility through innovative marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities1. Project-Based Marketing Activities Participate in upcoming events, movie promotions, fashion shows, photo/video shoots, and corporate events. Represent the company and its brand professionally at various on-site and off-site activities. Collaborate with event managers, media professionals, and production houses to ensure smooth brand representation. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and creative teams to manage marketing campaigns effectively. 2. Client & Vendor Coordination Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, event organizers, and brand partners. Act as the primary point of contact during projects and campaigns. Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and media agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans. Negotiate and finalize marketing partnerships for events and collaborations. 3. Promotions & Brand Visibility Actively participate in field promotions, activations, and live campaigns. Plan and execute innovative strategies to improve brand awareness and audience engagement. Promote the company’s services at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events. Ensure proper branding materials like banners, flyers, and digital collaterals are used effectively. 4. Social Media & Digital Engagement Collaborate with the digital marketing team to promote events, shoots, and campaigns online. Assist in creating social media content, live updates, and promotional videos during events. Engage with online audiences through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Track the performance of digital campaigns and provide feedback for improvement. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of marketing activities, campaigns, and event reports. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress and lead conversions. Update the database of clients, vendors, and project details regularly. Share insights and feedback from events with the marketing leadership team.Required Skills & Competencies1. Communication & Presentation Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Confidence in public speaking, client interaction, and presentations. Ability to handle negotiations and represent the brand professionally. 2. Marketing & Promotional Skills Understanding of branding, product positioning, and audience targeting. Experience in event marketing, promotional campaigns, or brand activations (preferred). Knowledge of digital marketing, influencer promotions, and social media strategies is a plus. 3. Interpersonal & Networking Skills Ability to build relationships with clients, celebrities, and industry professionals. Comfortable working with diverse teams, vendors, and production crews. Outgoing personality with strong networking and collaboration abilities. 4. Adaptability & Travel Readiness Willingness to travel frequently for movies, fashion shows, shoots, and events. Flexible to work beyond regular office hours during peak campaigns or late-night events.
