Position: Tech Lead – Full Stack Experience: 7+ years About The Role: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Tech Lead with 7+ years of experience in both frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will lead by example, driving technical strategy, designing scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products across the stack. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership : Own the architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications. Hands-on Development : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across frontend and backend. Team Mentorship : Guide, coach, and support developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver features on time. Code Quality : Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high performance and security standards. Scalability & Performance : Optimize applications, APIs, and databases for speed and reliability. Agile Delivery : Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives. Innovation : Research and introduce new tools, frameworks, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of full-stack development experience with proven leadership exposure. Strong expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or similar. Solid experience in frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Proficiency with RESTful APIs / GraphQL and microservice architecture. Good understanding of databases – SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Familiarity with DevOps practices – CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes. Strong grasp of software design principles, system architecture, and scalability challenges. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Good To Have: Exposure to mobile frameworks (Flutter/React Native). Experience in performance tuning, caching strategies, and security best practices.
