Job Description This is a remote position. Position Summary - Role: Content Writer (SME) - Location: Remote (Online) - Employment Type: Contract - Duration: 10-12 hours - Start Date: Immediately - Compensation: 25k - 30K Role Description: The SME will lead the development of a complete System Administration Bootcamp framework for the German market. The role requires conducting structured market research, benchmarking competitor offerings, and designing a comprehensive, job-aligned program with clear learning outcomes, tools, certifications, and recommended duration for German market. Conduct Market Research (German market) to identify and provide: List of competitors offering comparable System Administration programs. A feature comparison and analysis of these competitors, including program structure, duration, delivery format, technology stack, certifications, job outcomes, and assessment practices. Summary of the job roles and skill sets associated with such programs in the current market. Structured competitor matrix that highlights strengths, gaps, pricing models, and differentiators. Create a Program overview for German market, which will include: List of Learning Outcomes from the program List of jobs that the program will equip the learner for The technology stack, modelling tools, and the list of certifications to be included in the program Suggested program duration based on the technology stack and corresponding time required, as well as competitor benchmarking (defined in number of weeks like 12 weeks or 20 weeks) Expected Deliverables - Competitor analysis with a comparison matrix. - Job and skills mapping for the target roles. - Program overview document with learning outcomes and job alignment. - Technology stack, tools, and certification recommendations. - Suggested duration and rationale. - Summary report suitable for leadership review. Who are we looking for Education / Work Experience Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional experience in System Administration, Cloud Operations, IT Infrastructure, or related fields. Industry demonstration/expertise with Linux and Windows Server environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including operational tasks and administration. Prior curriculum development or technical training experience is preferred. Strong research, documentation, and analytical skills to compare programs. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Knowledge of online learning resources and the ability to research authentic academic and industry resources are essential.
