About the Role: As the Performance Marketing Manager – B2B at Workstore Pvt Limited, you will drive lead generation and brand growth across our key verticals: Dyson hand dryers, cleaning equipment, lighting, office supplies, and gifting solutions. You will own and execute high-performing, data-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to attract and convert quality B2B leads. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement performance-driven digital marketing strategies tailored for B2B audiences. - Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI and lead quality. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing and lead generation objectives and nurture prospects through the funnel. - Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for efficient lead tracking, scoring, and reporting. - Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, leveraging data insights to refine targeting, creatives, and messaging for continuous improvement. Qualifications: - 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on performance marketing and lead generation. - Proven expertise in Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaign management. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). - Strong analytical mindset with a proven record of driving measurable results. - Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
