Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads. Explain technical services to clients confidently and accurately. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the field sales or business development team. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in CRM or tracking sheets. Follow up with clients for quotations, proposals, and closure updates. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions. Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings and communication. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in tele calling, inside sales, or technical support (preferred). Basic understanding of technical Service (IT/Engineering/Electrical/Energy/Software – as relevant). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and negotiation skills. Ability to learn technical details quickly and explain them to non-technical customers. Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM software is an added advantage. Fluency in English and regional languages (as required).
