We are hiring for QA Lead – Travel Domain (Airline Systems) About the Role: We are hiring experienced QA Leads with a strong background in the travel and airline domain, specifically in GDS systems and functional areas such as Reservation, Inventory, Ticketing, and Check-In. The ideal candidates will lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple levels of testing and contribute to automation strategy using tools like Cucumber BDD and TestNG. Experience: 3.5+ Years - 12 Years Location: Bengaluru / Greater Noida Notice Period: Immediate / Serving Notice Period Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage test planning, strategy, and execution across all phases of testing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and business stakeholders to ensure quality across airline systems. - Oversee and guide the QA team in validating complex workflows - Ensure traceability of requirements through test cases and maintain high test coverage. - Drive automation initiatives using Java-based frameworks, Cucumber BDD, and TestNG. - Review and enhance automation scripts and frameworks for scalability and maintainability. - Monitor test execution, defect tracking, and reporting using industry-standard tools. - Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong domain expertise in travel and airline systems, including GDS platforms and modules like Reservation, Inventory, Ticketing, and Check-In. - Hands-on experience with Java-based automation frameworks. - Proficiency in Cucumber BDD, TestNG, and related testing tools. - Solid understanding of testing methodologies, test lifecycle, and QA best practices. - Experience in managing end-to-end testing cycles and coordinating with multiple teams. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
