Designation : Senior Data Visualization Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using AWS QuickSight.
- Integrate data from AWS Redshift and other data warehouse platforms for reporting purposes.
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Implement Python scripts for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks.
- Apply a strong understanding of data warehouse concepts such as star schema, slowly changing dimensions, and fact/dimension tables.
- Ensure secure access and user entitlement through integration with AWS services and IAM roles.
- Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.

Required Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in AWS QuickSight dashboard development.
- Proficiency in SQL and querying large-scale data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift).
- Strong scripting experience in Python or similar languages.
- In-depth understanding of data warehouse design and ETL concepts.
- Experience with AWS services like IAM and Lake Formation for managing data access and security.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and visuals.
- Experience with integrating user entitlements or role-based access in dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Tableau architecture, extracts, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with AWS Glue, Athena, and other analytics services.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git) for dashboard deployment.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira or Confluence.
