About This Position

We&aposre looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into interactive layouts. We aim to delight users with a simple and functional design. If youre a strong creative thinker, constantly curious, and cant stand users having anything less than a stellar experience, we want to hear from you

What are you going to do

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to drive design improvements.
- Analyze user data and behavior to create data-informed design solutions.
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs using Figma or similar tools.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro for editing design explainers, motion snippets, or product walkthroughs (as needed).
- Work cross-functionally with Project Managers, Developers, QA, SEO and other teams.
- Maintain design consistency by contributing to the design system and component library.
- Mastery of Figma and other modern design tools (bonus points if you geek out on design systems and micro-animations).

You Need To Have

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX Designing.
- An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in interaction, visual design, Color theory , typography and ideation.
- Mastery of Figma and other modern design tools (bonus points if you geek out on design systems).
- Experience designing digital products and systems, not just websites. You have helped build products.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and interaction design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
