Job Description Role Description This full-time on-site role as an AI and Robotics Instructor is located in Tiruchirappalli. The instructor will be responsible for teaching robotics, AI, and STEM concepts to college students in an engaging and interactive manner. Daily tasks will include conducting theoretical and practical lessons, designing creative training modules, programming demonstrations, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. The instructor will also ensure that students effectively develop the skills needed for the future through hands-on activities and personalized guidance. The initial package will be around 2.5 to 3.0 LPA Qualifications - Proficiency in Robotics and Programming, with experience in coding and hands-on use of robotics tools. - Strong knowledge and teaching expertise in general AI and robotics - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and educate students. - Experience in conducting Training sessions or workshops will be an advantage. - Ability to inspire young learners and adapt teaching methodologies to suit diverse learning styles. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Prior experience in education, robotics competitions, or project-based learning is a plus.
