YASH Technologies is a leading technology integrator specializing in helping clients reimagine operating models enhance competitiveness optimize costs foster exceptional stakeholder experiences and drive business transformation At YASH we re a cluster of the brightest stars working with cutting-edge technologies Our purpose is anchored in a single truth - bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future We are looking forward to hire Network Monitoring Professionals in the following areas Infrastructure and Network Monitoring Engineer We are seeking a Infrastructure Network Monitoring Engineer to join our Center of Excellence team This role is responsible for monitoring and supporting the organization s infrastructure including network equipment routers switches firewalls on-prem servers and conference room setups The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of network systems server administration and the tools required to ensure uptime and performance Here at Waters we believe that hiring and developing the best talent will lead to a diversity of perspectives ideas and cultures to create better products and services as well as a welcoming and dynamic workplace We look to our engineers to be versatile display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic about tackling new problems across the full stack as we continue pushing technology forward Years of Experience 3 Technologies Network monitoring tools and Server Administration Process ITIL and Agile Scrum Kanban Key Responsibilities Monitor network infrastructure servers and systems using tools like OpManager SolarWinds PRTG or Zabbix Identify and escalate network or system performance issues to senior engineers Assist in troubleshooting basic connectivity issues and performance degradation Document incidents resolutions and system health reports as per best practices Monitor the health of conference rooms and escalate incidents with conference rooms and collaboration equipment to respective teams Support end-users with basic IT issues related to network access and collaboration tools Ensure smooth operation of video conferencing tools Microsoft Teams by assisting with setup and troubleshooting Maintain accurate records of system configurations and monitoring activities Collaborate with IT teams to improve monitoring processes and efficiency Qualifications Experience Associate s degree or Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or a related field 2 years of experience in IT support network monitoring or system administration Experience with network system monitoring tools OpManager SolarWinds PRTG Zabbix etc Basic understanding of networking concepts TCP IP DNS DHCP VLANs Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Certifications Preferred but not required CompTIA Network or ITIL Foundation At YASH you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment We leverage career-oriented skilling models and optimize our collective intelligence aided with technology for continuous learning unlearning and relearning at a rapid pace and scale Our Hyperlearning workplace is grounded upon four principles Flexible work arrangements Free spirit and emotional positivity Agile self-determination trust transparency and open collaboration All Support needed for the realization of business goals Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture
