Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant_Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Finance Functional Genpact is looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Lead with extensive experience in driving end-to-end ERP transformation programs for global clients. The role requires strong Finance domain expertise, deep Dynamics 365 Finance knowledge, and the ability to lead complex transformations, including legacy ERP modernization, business process re-engineering, and value-driven adoption. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to CFO organizations, owning solution design, functional governance, and transformation outcomes across multi-country, multi-entity implementations. Responsibilities ERP Transformation & Solution Leadership - Lead Finance transformation initiatives leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance across global enterprises. - Drive As-Is to To-Be process design, aligning Finance processes with industry best practices and Genpact's transformation frameworks. - Define functional solution architecture covering GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting. - Translate business strategy into scalable D365 Finance solutions with a focus on automation, standardization, and controls. Program & Stakeholder Leadership - Act as the functional lead and SME in large, complex ERP programs (single or multi-ERP landscapes). - Partner with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors, and Business Process Owners to shape transformation roadmaps. - Lead functional governance, design reviews, fit-gap analysis, and decision forums. - Collaborate closely with Technical Architects, Integration leads, Data & Reporting teams. Delivery & Execution - Own functional delivery across Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Hypercare phases. - Guide teams on configuration, data migration validation, integrations, and UAT readiness. - Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements across geographies. - Drive adoption through change management, training strategy, and business readiness. Pre-Sales & Practice Contribution - Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and client presentations. - Contribute to Genpact's D365ERP and Finance Transformation offerings. - Mentor and build high-performing functional teams establish best practices and accelerators. Required Skills & Experience Functional & Domain Expertise - Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Cash & Bank, Costing). - Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C). - Experience in multi-legal entity, multi-currency, and multi-country implementations. - Proven exposure to ERP modernization or legacy migration (AX 2012 & Dynamics F&O ). Transformation & Leadership - Led large ERP transformation programs with significant process change and business impact. - Strong consulting mindset with experience in process re-engineering and value realization. - Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. - Ability to work in global, distributed delivery models. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications / Skills - Extensive Experience in ERP Implementation & Support (Strong experience in AX/D365 ERP) - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certifications. - Prior experience with shared services, global business services (GBS), or managed services transitions. - Experience with global rollouts, localization, and multi-channel commerce. - Exposure toPower Platform, Reporting (Power BI), and Finance automation. - Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, CPG, Beverage, Retail, or Financial Services. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Agile development experience preferred. - Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in teams.
