Job Description Location: Hybrid (Pan-India as per operating locations) Department: Strategy Reports to: Chief Risk Officer (CRO) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Global Risk Assessment Manager to lead and support our global risk assessment program. As part of the Enterprise Risk Management function, this role will be responsible for managing all aspects of our functional Risk Assessment program. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Facilities, Client Service and other program owners to develop Risk Libraries and other risk-related deliverables with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Lead, manage and continually improve the global Risk Assessment program across all geographies and functions. - Work with function owners to develop rated risk libraries and other risk-related deliverables Key Attributes - The ability to collaborate proactively with team members across various functions, including senior leaders, drive programs forward, and bring projects to closure in a dynamic global environment. - High level of integrity and drive. - Excellent organizational, facilitation, and project management skillscapable of driving complex, cross-functional privacy initiatives. - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
