Reports To CEOJob Overview We are looking for a seasoned and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and drive all visual communication efforts With 8 to 12 years of professional experience a strong portfolio and exceptional leadership skills you will be responsible for overseeing design projects managing the creative team and ensuring a consistent and impactful brand identity across all platforms This role is key to delivering high-quality designs that align with our business objectives and resonate with our audience Key Responsibilities Team Leadership - Guide mentor and motivate a team of graphic designers to foster creativity and excellence - Assign projects manage workflows and ensure timely delivery of designs that meet business needs - Build a collaborative and innovative team culture encouraging skill development and knowledge sharing Creative Direction - Develop and implement visual concepts that align with the company s branding and marketing goals - Direct the team in designing a variety of materials including print digital multimedia packaging and web content - Provide constructive feedback to maintain consistency quality and brand integrity Project Management - Manage design projects from ideation to completion ensuring they meet deadlines budgets and quality standards - Uphold and evolve the company s visual identity ensuring consistency across all customer and internal touchpoints - Coordinate design efforts for internal and external branding to create cohesive messaging Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with marketing sales product and leadership teams to align design initiatives with strategic objectives - Present design concepts and deliverables to senior leaders incorporating feedback to meet stakeholder expectations Innovation and Trends - Stay abreast of emerging design trends tools and technologies to keep designs fresh and forward-thinking - Introduce innovative design solutions that enhance user engagement and overall customer experience Qualifications and Experience - 8 to 12 years of professional graphic design experience including team leadership and project management - Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale design campaigns and cross-functional collaboration - A portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across print digital branding and multimedia platforms Technical Skills - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects and other design tools - Familiarity with UX UI design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus - Experience with web design and multimedia production is highly desirable Creative and Soft Skills - Strong creative vision with the ability to translate business goals into impactful designs - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders - A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Education - Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field - Advanced degrees or certifications in design marketing or related disciplines are a bonus Preferred Traits - A passion for innovation and customer-centered design - Experience in branding and leading large-scale design initiatives - This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead creative efforts shape the company s visual identity and make a significant impact through innovative design ref updazz com
