About the Role:
We are seeking highly skilled and knowledgeable Associate Professors (Doubt Faculty) JEE to provide real-time doubt resolution and academic support to students through an online platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for guiding students to academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate doubt resolution to students through an online platform.
- Offer detailed explanations and step-by-step solutions to enhance conceptual understanding.
- Assist students in solving complex academic problems across various subjects.
- Ensure high engagement and quick response times to facilitate a seamless learning experience.
- Maintain academic integrity and adhere to the organizations quality standards for doubt resolution.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Masters/Ph.D. in a relevant subject area.
- Technical Requirements after selection : Laptop, Pentab, and a stable WiFi connection (mandatory).
- Subject Expertise: Strong command over the subject and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Ethics: Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to student success.
