Job Description
We are seeking an experienced International Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for global clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international hiring practices, sourcing strategies, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for international positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and headhunting.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various international roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws, visa regulations, and client-specific policies.
- Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports and metrics with management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and third-party recruitment agencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in international recruitment or global talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
