Responsibilities: - Support end-to-end pricing operations for Export & Import (FCL/LCL) across Pan India. - Assist in managing RFQs, rate negotiations, and carrier interactions to ensure competitive pricing. - Coordinate with sales teams to provide timely, cost-effective quotations for customer queries. - Collaborate with operations to ensure SOP compliance and execution of pricing strategies. - Monitor market trends and gather intelligence to support pricing decisions and updates. - Liaise with overseas agents and vendors for international pricing and service optimization. - Participate in rate filing and contract negotiations with shipping lines - Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Support in setting up and managing CFS (Container Freight Station) pricing structures for both Import & Export. - Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements in pricing workflow. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in pricing or operations within the logistics or freight forwarding industry. - Strong understanding of Ocean & Air Freight operations (Export & Import). - Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and pricing management tools. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. - Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. - Fast learner with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
