Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Admin Executive to support the smooth functioning of our jewellery store The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks maintain records assist with inventory coordination and ensure compliance with internal processes and policies This role is crucial in ensuring a professional efficient and customer-friendly store environment Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the store Maintain and organize store documentation including invoices bills employee records and customer receipts Prepare and manage reports related to daily sales inventory attendance etc Handle communication with vendors suppliers and service providers Assist in maintaining employee attendance and leave records Customer Front Office Support Provide support for customer service when required e g billing packaging complaint handling Ensure front-office cleanliness stationery and supplies availability Compliance Store Operations Ensure all store licenses certificates and documentation are up to date Assist in coordinating safety protocols internal audits and operational checklists Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data including customer and employee information Coordination Communication Liaise with internal departments HR Finance Purchase for required documentation or support Help with employee onboarding and coordination for interviews or training sessions Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
