Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst for Veeva Quality Vault to collaborate with a strategic partner located in Mumbai/Goa India. You’ll Be Responsible For: - Collaborating with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and documented. - Creating User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Functional Specifications (FS) for business processes. - Supporting the creation, dry runs, and execution of Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ)/User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts. - Participating in OQ formal execution and ensuring compliance with established procedures. - Ensuring that defects are reported, tracked, and resolved in a timely and efficient manner. - Updating and maintaining IT Working Instructions and User Guides to reflect system changes and improvements. - Supporting document migration activities within the Veeva Quality Vault environment. About You: - You have 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Quality Vault (basic understanding of configuration and application setup required). - You possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of IT business analysis in regulated environments (Pharma/Medical Device). - You are comfortable working in a fully remote, cross-functional, and international team. - You are detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication skills in English. - You enjoy working on quality and compliance-driven projects and are eager to grow your expertise within the Life Sciences industry.
