Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and trends
that drive business strategy and decision-making.
. Work with structured and unstructured data (text files), and ensuring data
consistency and integrity.
. Develop strong understanding of the business model & operational workflows of the
business
. Leverage data analytics to identify business and process issues, collaborating with
internal and external teams to develop and implement effective solutions
. Provide data support for ad-hoc requests, ensuring quick turnaround on project
deliverables and reporting needs.
. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to relay data findings, progress
updates, and issue resolutions.
Tools and Skills:
. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering,
Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related analytics field from top-tier
universities.
. 2+ years of experience with solid analytical skills and a hands-on experience in
Python and SQL.
. Experience with AWS (cloud services) and data processing tools like Apache Hive.
. Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish) for effective stakeholder
engagement and project updates.
. Hands-on experience with JIRA or other project management tools is a plus.
. Experience in dashboarding and reporting tools like Tableau and Excel are a plus.
. Advanced data science and machine learning skills are a plus.
