Job Description

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team, responsible for the end-to-end development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of core web technologies and the ability to convert design mockups into responsive, high-performance sites while interacting directly with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Convert design mockups into responsive, high-performance websites.
- Handle end-to-end website development, including theme and plugin customization.
- Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance or functionality issues.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for optimal results.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Skills Required

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress CMS.
- Strong understanding of themes, plugins, and custom development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
- The ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

- Additional skills like UI/UX design, SEO basics, or graphic design.
- Experience with website performance optimization.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
