About 3M Technology Center of Excellence TCOE The team in India will enable 3M Company to further expand internal capabilities in Digital Infrastructure Applications Data Analytics and IT Operational Excellence The 3M Technology Center of Excellence will enable 3M to advance innovation at a faster pace drive our digital transformation and help define whats next our new products solutions and ideas to improve lives around the world Salesforce Lead DeveloperRole and Responsibilities Role Name Senior Salesforce DeveloperPrimary Responsibilities The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for various aspects of a global Salesforce instance Responsibilities include but are not limited to take part in the build deploy and support of all processes across the Salesforce com technology suite across the 3M environment This position requires knowledge of the 3M platform development processes and implementing global IT applications The applicant will need to collaborate with onsite and offsite teams to ensure proper delivery of solutions An understanding of marketing and sales processes is expected of the applicant The Salesforce developer will understand the complexity of our systems how to integrate salesforce into 3M systems and help with deployment activities The developer will be responsible for participating in daily scrum calls leveraging knowledge of Salesforce components to solve complex technical problems develop new functionality troubleshoot issues and ensure fast performance of the Salesforce com website Qualification Bachelors degree or higher completed and verified prior to start from an accredited institution Minimum 3 years of development and or functional experience on the Salesforce Platform in a private public government or military environment In-depth understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce platform is required Strong technical foundation advanced structured programming APEX Force com Net Java relational database concepts and structures structured system analysis and design methods etc Understands web services and other technologies that can be used to transport data in an enterprise environment and interact with Salesforce Certified Salesforce Developer and Advanced Developer is preferred Skills Required Technical SkillsTo perform in this role candidate should have a good understanding of these Salesforce concepts Data Modeling Data Management Lightning Experience Customization Reports Dashboards Formulas and Validations Data Security User Management Picklist Administration AppExchange Basics Installations External Services Connection Lightning App Builder Flow Builder - Screen Auto-launched Scheduled and Record-Triggered Flows Apex Basics Database Visual Force pages SOQL Workbench Apex Triggers Asynchronous Apex Apex Integration Services Apex Testing Find and Fix Bugs with Apex Replay Debugger Lightning Design System Basics Platform API Basics Lightning Web Components - Basics and Troubleshooting In addition to above additional knowledge on following area would be a plus Communities Knowledge configuration Service Cloud Omni channel and Chatter Entitlement Milestones MuleSoft Flosum Telephony InContact Soft skills Good judgment and decision-making skills to objectively understand an issue and negotiate a resolution Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a high-pressure high-profile environment Proven ability to identify focus and own high priority tasks to manage delivery to project timelines Willingness to travel when required Job Location Remote Job Type Full Time Work Shift Regular shift
