A Reputed Interior Design Company is Hiring Accountant We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team Requirements Post Graduate Graduate in Commerce Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting Prior experience in interior design construction or manufacturing industry is an added advantage Proficiency in Tally ERP Good knowledge of GST filing TDS and other statutory compliances Working knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting Duties and Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and records Handle accounts payable and receivable Prepare vouchers invoices and receipt Record all financial entries in Tally or other accounting software Generate reports such as ledgers trial balance and profit loss statements Ensure timely and accurate GST filing GSTR-1 GSTR-3B etc Manage TDS PF ESI and income tax related filings Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory audits and compliance Reconcile bank statements with company accounts Handle online banking transactions and fund transfers Assist in budget preparation and expense control Prepare monthly quarterly and yearly financial reports for management review Coordinate with the store team for inventory tracking and valuation Maintain records of fixed assets and depreciation Work closely with the purchase HR and operations teams for smooth financial operations Ensure proper documentation and filing of bills challans and agreement Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
