We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department and oversee the management of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and be proficient in leading a team to deliver high-quality IT services.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the IT department and manage IT projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
- Manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Supervise and mentor IT staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to identify and meet their IT needs.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) and support processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
