The Role
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Intern to help us build and optimize our marketing efforts. This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

We understand that an unpaid internship can be a tough pill to swallow, but we want to be transparent about this from the start. This is not just an internship; it&aposs a proving ground for a potential long-term career. Your work will not just be busywork, it will have a measurable impact and serve as a direct path to a full-time position with us based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Funnel Management: Assist in mapping, building, and optimizing our marketing funnels to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
- Paid Advertising: Support the setup, management, and analysis of advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This includes ad copy creation, A/B testing, and budget tracking.
- Organic Growth: Contribute to our organic marketing strategy through content creation for social media and blogs, basic SEO tasks, and community engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Help track and report on key marketing metrics, including ad spend, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
- Content & Creative: Collaborate on creating engaging marketing materials and copy that communicate the value of Kraftrs&apos services.

What We Are Looking For

- A strong desire to learn and grow in digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, paid ads, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Prompt expert)
- A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative in a remote setting.
- Analytically minded with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in marketing (personal projects, coursework, or a part-time role) is a plus, but not required.
