Systems Analyst – Oracle ERP Cloud / E-Business Suite (Financials) 📍 Location: Pan India-Remote 🕐 Experience: 8+ years 💼 Type: Full-time We’re looking for an experienced Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (Financials) to join our IT Applications team. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), partnering with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess, design, and deliver scalable Oracle Financials solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as SME for Oracle Financials modules – GL, Accounting Hub Cloud (AHC), and UCM. - Provide functional expertise across AP, AR, CM, FA, Tax, Payments, Expenses & Advanced Collections. - Lead all phases of project delivery: requirements gathering, design (HLD/LLD), build, testing, deployment & post-go-live support. - Deliver key project artifacts – HLD, LLD, FSD, and TSD. - Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and customizations (OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI). - Support functional issue resolution, training, and end-user enablement. - Ensure compliance with audit and financial reporting standards. Required Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials (Cloud or EBS). - Proven expertise in GL, AHC, and UCM modules. - Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes. - Experience delivering HLD, LLD, FSD, and TSD documentation. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
