Job Responsibilities 1 Understanding Job Requirements Work closely with the Recruitment Manager and Business Development Manager to understand client technical needs and job specifications Analyze required skills experience levels and certifications for each position 2 Sourcing Candidates Use multiple job boards such as Dice Monster LinkedIn and Indeed to source suitable candidates Identify passive candidates through social media referrals and professional networks 3 Screening Interviewing Review resumes and technical portfolios to evaluate candidate skills and experience Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess communication interest and suitability Coordinate technical rounds and discussions with the Business Development team and client hiring managers 4 Managing the Delivery Process Schedule interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients Maintain timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process Support in negotiating offers salary discussions and onboarding 5 Candidate Experience Employer Branding Ensure a professional transparent and engaging candidate experience from start to finish Represent Judah Code Technologies and its clients positively promoting brand credibility in the US market Required Skills Strong understanding of IT technologies e g Java Python AWS SQL Excellent communication skills for interaction with US candidates and clients Ability to perform Boolean searches LinkedIn sourcing and web research effectively Strong negotiation convincing and multitasking abilities Creative and result-oriented approach to meet recruitment targets Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 13 500 00 per month Work Location In person
