As we expand our team, We’re hiring a Motion Graphics Editor who understands how design, rhythm, and storytelling work in the world of short-form content. Someone who blends creativity with a solid understanding of social media trends and AI-assisted content creation (3-Month Probation followed by 9-Month Associate Role) 📍 Remote | 💼 Salary will depend on skillset & experience 🌟 What you’ll do during the 3-Month Probation, followed by 9 months associate role. • Creating stylised reels, trailers, and teasers for podcasts, webinars, and brand campaigns • Designing animated titles, transitions, and typography that match modern social aesthetics • Crafting motion-led edits for Instagram, YouTube, and • Using AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance workflow and output quality • Choosing music, pacing, and SFX that elevate storytelling • Designing for reach, retention, and shareability 📌 This probation period is where we see how you think, create, and take ownership and where you see how we work. What we’re looking for • Strong skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro • A clear sense of composition, movement, sound effects and timing • Awareness of trending formats and platform-specific storytelling • Your own editing setup (remote role) • A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates skill and intent Reference Work Here’s a link to a few of our social media edits: We expect similar or better results.
