We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing technical requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

- Analyze technical requirements and provide solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality meets specifications.
- Prepare technical documentation and user manuals for stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
