Job Description Job Title: SAP Consultant - Module Lead Location: Powai Head Office, Mumbai Department: Digital & IT Experience: 4 - 8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time ---------------------------------------- Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP Consultant - Module Lead to join our Digital & IT team at L&T Realty. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP modules including Material Management (MM), Project Systems (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD), FICO, and P2P processes. This role involves leading module-specific implementations, enhancements, and support activities, ensuring seamless integration across business functions. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities - Lead SAP module implementations and enhancements across MM, PS, SD, and FICO. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. - Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business needs. - Provide end-to-end support for SAP P2P processes including procurement, vendor management, and invoice processing. - Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation. - Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues in a timely manner. - Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for system upgrades and integrations. - Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and data governance standards. ---------------------------------------- Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) Computer Science or IT specialization preferred. - 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting across relevant modules. - SAP MM Certification - Mandatory. - Strong understanding of SAP Project Systems, SD, and FICO modules. - Experience in SAP P2P lifecycle and integration with other modules. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. ---------------------------------------- Preferred Attributes - Ability to work independently and lead module-specific initiatives. - Exposure to real estate or infrastructure domain is a plus but not mandatory. - Familiarity with SAP best practices and latest updates.
