and Projects to Lead Engineering Maintenance activities in Electrical and HVAC Utilities Responsibility in installations and maintenance To lead modification and improvement engineering and safety projects coordinate with other Business units for implementing improvement initiatives such as energy conservation safety performance improvement of utility equipment Roles Responsibilities You will be responsible for overall Electrical and HVAC utilities equipments Provide essential support for maintaining and upgrading Formulations Execute preventive maintenance plans for all equipment and utilities while establishing Service Level Agreements with contractors and comprehensive contracts for major services You will be responsible to lead the preparation and facilitation of user requirements functional specifications design documents and technical evaluations for new equipment and instruments Oversee the installation and commissioning of new systems and equipment You will be responsible to oversee the performance management of utility PW system Air compressors Boilers Chillers AHU and DH systems and Electrical systems 33KV HT Yard Lines substations LTPCC MCC Electrical panels and DGs implementing measures for continuous improvement Drive automation projects to enhance performance quality and cost-effectiveness You will be responsible to ensure the implementation of safety measures in engineering operations and project execution Conduct safety risk assessments on facilities systems and equipment as required and lead the management of contractor safety and the implementation of safety standards You will be responsible to Interact with the Directorate of Factories Electrical Regulatory and other statutory authorities Manage power crises by ensuring compliance with restrictions and control measures imposed by the electricity board You will be responsible for people and capability development in the team Also for implementation of Lean Daily Management LDM and Gemba walk practices Responsible for implementation of TPM and OE Projects You are responsible for the Quality Management systems Change controls Deviations and Response preparation for the observations and exposure Regulatory audits handling You rare Responsible for the Calibration Management QualificationsEducational qualification BE B Tech in Mechanical Electrical EngineeringMinimum work experience 12-15 years of experience preferably in HVAC and Utilities Projects and MaintenanceSkills attributes Technical Skills Good understating on Pharmaceutical formulations OSD Engineering operations Technical knowledge in Facility and Plant Utility Engineering infrastructure building contractor management Experience in preventive maintenance and engineering solutions Understanding of Good Engineering Practices Understanding of relevant regulatory standards Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices GLP and current Good Manufacturing Practices cGMP Experience in Engineering Vendor management Contractor management and safety requirements Strong TPM culture and OE Projects Regulatory guidelines Behavioural Skills Proactive leader and result oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively with own team and cross-functional teams Additional
