We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Cross Controls Business Analyst, Data and Analytics In This Role, You Will - Understanding of industry patterns and practices for data controls applied on systems, data and integration with emphasis on enterprise scale technologies(cloud/non-cloud) and business managed tools - Work on delivery of Data Controls design for global or select markets, businesses, and functions and uplift policy and procedure guidance documentation - Work with tooling, architecture teams to access the dependencies early in the Design proposal phase. Evaluate the overall time to rollout enhancements / changes required for Data Controls implementation. - Represent data controls design by understanding the requirements and developing appropriate controls supporting customer needs and wants. - Take ownership and support the end-to-end implementation of strategic solutions - Subject matter knowledge on data-related issues, solution, lineage tools for Cloud technologies, Business Managed Applications/ tools and working knowledge of AI and analytics To Be Successful, You Will - 9+ years plus of Data governance/Design, Data Mapping, Data Science and Data project management experience or equivalent. - 4-year bachelor's or master's degree from reputed university in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline. - Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations in a Global Bank. Familiarity of implementing data management with one of the following frameworks DAMA / DCAM - Subject matter knowledge on data-related issues, solution, lineage tools. Cloud technologies, Business Managed Applications/ tools and working knowledge of AI and analytics - Understanding of Data, Exposure / Experience to data visualization tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. Visio, VBA, Jira, Data management Tools. Experience of of using tools like Transformer / Xceptor / Appian / Alteryx etc. - Exposure to document and content management utilities like Confluence etc. - Exposure to SDLC and Agile methodologies.
