Are you ready to make the impossible possible Accountabilities As a team leader, you will be responsible for the development of the team and accountable for meeting the delivery targets set by management. You will ensure that delivery is within and better than prescribed targets and establish processes for continuous service improvement. You will ensure adherence to Computer Validation principles & practices to improve consistency across systems and geographies. Envisage opportunities for process improvements and waste elimination, and implement them with your team. Ensure all deliverables by the support team are as per prescribed process, identifying and remediating any non-compliance within the required timeframe. Ensure that the QCS monthly reports are sent on time. Drive incorporation of AI solutions to simplify routine activities. Essential Skills/Experience - Experience of supporting SAP application as Quality Assurance representative. - Exposure to define and maintain SOPs and quality standards. - Detailed understanding of SOX and the implications for an SAP services environment. - Must have significant experience of working in a multi partner scenario and a cross-culture environment. - In-depth Knowledge of GxP regulatory guidelines. - Knowledge on IS/IT S404 SOX and FCF controls. - Wide-ranging external audit & compliance expertise. - Knowledge of structured project delivery methodologies. - Experience of working in Run SAP (Solution Manager) methodologies. - Experience of Implementing, deploying and operating global processes and tools. - Must have good knowledge of Release Management, Incident Management and Problem Management processes. - Basic understanding of AI concepts like generative AI, agentic AI etc. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Well versed in English. Excellent spoken and written skills. - A good team leader with proven experience in stakeholder management. - Ability to guide and mentor team members. - Proactive approach to problem solving. - Able to grasp and understand new technological trends/concepts. - Experience working in a globally distributed team. - Supported Wide-ranging regulatory audits. - Self-motivated, quick learner and admirable team player. Desirable Skills/Experience - Extensive experience in the Pharma Industry practices and regulatory environments.
