Field Sales Executive

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities maintaining relationships with existing clients and meeting or exceeding sales targets This position requires a combination of excellent communication skills strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation Identify and research potential clients or markets to generate new business leads Conduct cold calls emails and other outreach strategies to create interest and schedule meetings Client Engagement Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition Understand client needs and tailor product service offerings to meet those needs effectively Sales Negotiation Prepare and present proposals quotes and contracts to potential clients Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements Sales Targets Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in line with the company s overall goals Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas Market Research Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitors Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer needs and market demands Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities opportunities and forecasts Provide regular reports on sales performance including key metrics and achievements Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing customer support and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience Continuous Learning Stay updated on product knowledge industry trends and sales techniques through training and professional development opportunities Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience total work 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
