Data today is more than numbers—it powers intelligent systems, breakthrough research, and real-world innovation. We’re seeking a Senior Data Scientist who thrives on solving high-impact problems with Machine Learning and Generative AI while also mentoring the next generation of data talent.

Your Role

- Lead end-to-end ML projects—from research and experimentation to production deployment.
- Explore and implement state-of-the-art research in ML and Generative AI.
- Build and optimize deep learning and machine learning models for complex business challenges.
- Collaborate across teams to turn insights into scalable products.
- Mentor junior data scientists and interns to help them grow with impactful projects.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–7 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning roles.
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms (Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with tools like Langchain or LlamaIndex for LLM-based applications.
- Ability to convert theoretical research into production-ready solutions.
