Job Title Senior Civil Engineer Company Raynas Infra and Geomatics Services Pvt Ltd Employment Type Full-Time Experience Level Senior 7 years preferred About Raynas Infra and Geomatics Services Pvt Ltd Raynas Infra and Geomatics Services Pvt Ltd is a multidisciplinary infrastructure and geomatics company providing high-quality engineering surveying and project management solutions We specialize in civil infrastructure design land surveying GIS and geospatial data analytics delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for public and private sector clients across India Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead design execution and management of infrastructure and geomatics-related projects The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering site supervision project planning and coordination with cross-functional teams You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently within scope budget and timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety Key Responsibilities Lead planning design and execution of civil engineering projects such as roads highways drainage buildings and land development Review and approve technical drawings designs and specifications Coordinate with clients consultants and project stakeholders for timely project delivery Supervise construction activities ensuring compliance with design safety and quality standards Conduct site inspections survey verification and progress reporting Collaborate with geomatics and GIS teams to integrate survey data into engineering designs Prepare BOQs cost estimates and tender documents Monitor project schedules budgets and resource allocation Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams Ensure compliance with relevant codes standards and environmental regulations Required Qualifications Education B E B Tech Civil Engineering from a recognized institution M E M Tech preferred Experience Minimum 7-10 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects Technical Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D STAAD Pro and MS Project Primavera Strong understanding of surveying geomatics and GIS integration Knowledge of IRC IS codes and MoRTH specifications Soft Skills Excellent leadership communication and team coordination skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Experience Experience in highway and road design land development or municipal infrastructure projects Exposure to LiDAR drone surveying or remote sensing applications Familiarity with government and private tendering processes Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Professional growth and training opportunities Dynamic and collaborative work environment Exposure to cutting-edge geomatics and infrastructure technologies Job Type Full-time Pay 21 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
