Position: Senior Software Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Senior Java Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance and scalable applications. Key Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with software architects and engineers to design and implement high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Java-based applications. ● Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. ● Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. ● Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. ● Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment. ● Optimize application performance and ensure scalability. ● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to enhance our software products. ● Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ● Proven 3-5 years of experience in Core Java development. ● Strong knowledge of Java SE, including multi-threading, collections, and design patterns. ● Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. ● Proficiency in database technologies (MySQL, NoSQL). ● Familiarity with web application development and related technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs). ● Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) ● Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. ● Strong communication and teamwork skills. ● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ● Experience in agile development methodologies is a plus.
