Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated German Language Trainer to deliver impactful online classes from our Noida Extension office. This role involves teaching two dedicated batches of 10 nurses each (3 hours per batch) every day and supporting the training team in driving consistent student success. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is looking for a long-term growth opportunity with a company scaling rapidly in the international recruitment space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Training Duties
• Conduct two daily online batches of 10 nursing candidates each (3 hours per batch) focused on B1–B2 proficiency and TELC exam readiness.
• Deliver interactive, high-quality lessons aligned with KareerCoach’s proven methodology.
• Monitor student performance and provide feedback to ensure consistent progress.
• Prepare students for TELC exam structures, including speaking, writing, listening, and reading modules.

2. Team Support & Student Engagement
• Collaborate with fellow trainers to assist with homework correction, doubt resolution, and reinforcing key topics when not teaching.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, homework completion, and daily attendance.
• Foster an encouraging, motivating environment to drive student commitment and results.

Candidate Requirements
• Certification: Minimum B2 or C1 certification in German Language (Goethe/ÖSD/TestDaF or equivalent) – Mandatory.
• Experience: 3–4 years of proven teaching experience in a structured/competitive environment (preferably focused on exam preparation or professional deployment).
• Strong understanding of TELC exam requirements and strategies.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and student mentoring skills.
• Passion for teaching and a results-driven mindset with a focus on long-term student success.
