Job Description

- Lead and execute complex integration platform migration projects, including middleware and MFT (Managed File Transfer) components.

- Work hands-on with integration platforms such as SAP PI/PO, Tibco, MuleSoft, and ESB technologies.

- Manage end-to-end migration activities including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across diverse geographies.

- Review and ensure quality of work from the migration team.

- Support program leadership in managing workflows and project deliverables.

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in integration strategies.

- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative working environment.

- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

- Adapt and learn new technologies as required.

What's on Offer

Required Experience and Skills:

- 8 to 12+ years of experience in integration platforms and middleware technologies.

- Proven experience in integration platform migrations (preferably SAP PI/PO, Tibco, MuleSoft).

- Hands-on experience with MFT and ESB technologies.

- Strong understanding of API platforms and middleware architectures.

- Experience in managing or contributing significantly to long-term, multi-phase migration projects.

- Good to have cloud experience (any cloud platform is a plus).

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

- Ability to work in a multicultural and geographically diverse environment.

- Leadership qualities with a desire to progress into a technical architect or management role.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in large-scale platform migration programs.

- Familiarity with workflow automation and integration testing.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
