Strong SQL experience 2. Power BI Data Model, performance tuning, Security, DAX 3. Power BI Reporting / Administration 4. Good you have knowledge of Paginated report/SSRS 5. Clear understanding of Datawarehouse concepts 6. Functional understanding on many of these - Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Supply Chain, CRM 7. Sr. resources who can work independently on project end to end, starting from requirement gathering to design, development, sanity testing, UAT support to production migration
