Job Title Design Engineer Location Shirwal Pune Education Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience 7 years of experience in the tooling industry with a strong background in design and drafting Key Responsibilities Design and Development Create and modify detailed designs for tooling component sand assemblies using AutoCAD SolidWorks and ZW CAD Ensure designs meet functional and quality standards Tooling Expertise Develop tooling solutions for various manufacturing processes Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are practical and efficient Drafting and Documentation Prepare technical drawings schematics and documentation for tooling projects Maintain accurate records and updates of design changes Prototyping and Testing Assist in the development of prototypes Perform testing and evaluation to ensure tools meet performance specifications Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing quality assurance and project management to ensure design requirements are met and projects are completed on time Troubleshooting Identify and resolve design issues and manufacturing problems Provide technical support and solutions during the tooling process Continuous Improvement Stay updated with industry trends and technologies Propose improvements to enhance tooling designs and processes Key Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD SolidWorks and ZW CAD Strong understanding of drafting design principles and tooling processes Ability to work with technical documentation and drawings Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 800 000 00 - 900 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Mechanical Design engineer 7 years Required Cutting Tools Industry 7 years Required Solidworks AutoCAD 7 years Required Location Shirwal Maharashtra Required
