Greetings for the Day Key Responsibilities Electronics Product Manufacturing Support end-to-end manufacturing activities for electronics products like ESCL Electronic Steering Column Lock ECU and FOB Monitor production processes for adherence to standard operating procedures SOPs quality and productivity norms Assist in troubleshooting electronic assembly line issues to minimize downtime Product Quality defect analysis and corrective Preventive actions Advance Quality tools hands on experience Coordination with SCM Manufacturing Teams Coordinate with Supply Chain Management SCM for timely availability of PCBs electronic components and other materials Track inventory consumption and highlight shortages proactively Liaise with Maintenance and Engineering teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance Electronic parts handling Storage process know how Support Tier 2 for First time right On time delivery Customer Supplier Coordination Communicate with customers and suppliers for quality-related concerns ensuring process controls are implemented and maintained Assist in customer audits PPAP submissions and implementation of corrective actions for NCRs Ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements CSR related to electronics manufacturing Quality Assurance Process Control Monitor in-process quality checks and assist QA team in inspection and testing of electronic assemblies Implement and maintain process control measures like Poka-Yoke SQC SPC etc Support the team in achieving zero-defect delivery to customers Documentation Compliance Maintain records related to production logs quality checks and process deviations Ensure compliance with ISO IATF standards and ESD handling norms in electronics manufacturing Key Skills Competencies Knowledge of electronics assembly and testing processes Familiarity with ESCL FOB ECU components and functionality Basic understanding of automotive quality standards IATF 16949 ISO 26262 Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP -SAP tools Six Sigma Tools Manpower handling and lead team with Passion Educational Qualification Diploma B E in Electronics Electrical Mechatronics 8-12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing preferably in the automotive domain Working Conditions Shopfloor-based role with possible rotational shifts Requires coordination with internal and external stakeholders If interested please share your updated profile to mehak khan cielhr com
