- Handle customer queries related to Healthcare, Retail, Banking, and Tech Support domains
- Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, defects, and resolutions

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Tosca automation testing
- Familiarity with CICD pipelines and Jenkins for build automation
- Proficient in web application and Rest API testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic schedule
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
