Responsibilities
- Design and develop solar energy systems including photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal systems.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar installations.
- Prepare technical documentation and project proposals.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of existing solar installations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to solar energy.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in solar engineering or related field.
- Proficient in solar design software such as PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and grid integration.
- Knowledge of Indian solar policies, regulations, and incentives.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
